Dear Mrs Volkswagen!

I am writing to complain about my wedding dress parcel that you had sent on Thursday.

Last week I chose the long white wedding dress with some pearls in your shop. Firstly, I asked to cut the dress a little, then embroidered the bottom with sparkling golden threads. But there is a problem with the clothes I received.

First of all, it isn't my size, it is too large. Furthermore, it isn't a dress, this is a suit – the blouse and the skirt. In addition, these clothes are not white and haven't any decoration.

Consequently, I am quite disappointed to be in a red suit at my tomorrow's wedding ceremony instead a white beautiful dress . I feel I am entitled to the whole refund in addition to an apology for your terrible mistake. I am enclosing a copy of the receipt.
